How to change eSIM network on iPhone

There are several reasons why you might need to change the network your eSIM is connected to.

You might encounter the following problems when your eSIM needs to be changed to a different network:

  • Extremely slow download/upload speeds
  • No Internet connection, even though the eSIM shows it’s connected

DO NOT DELETE THE ESIM FROM YOUR PHONE! If it isn’t working, don’t worry-follow the steps below or Contact Us if you need further help.

Manually select a network

How to change eSIM network on iPhone

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile (or Cellular) > select your eSIM
  2. Tap Network Selection and turn off Automatic
  3. Wait for the network list to load, then select a network. Multiple networks are available - if one doesn't connect, try another.
  4. Toggle flight mode on, wait 30 seconds, turn it off
  5. Once connected, toggle Automatic back on
